Return Policy

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within specific period [2 days] from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team on Instagram - inaaracouture or via email at inaaraacouture@gmail.com. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  • Refunds: At Inaara, we offer store credits if in case you choose to return your ordered product. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll issue your refund as store credits, which can be applied towards future purchases.  The cost of the return request is ₹ 300, which will be deducted from your refund.

2. Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Items can be exchanged within specific period [2 days] from the date of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Process: To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team on Instagram - inaaracouture or via email at inaaraacouture@gmail.com. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
  • Shipping Costs: Customer will bear shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products amounting to 3999/- and above, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
